Hello, and welcome!

I'm Jen, and I can't wait to meet you!  I have been practicing therapeutic massage therapy since 1999, and am still amazed at the human body and how it works.  There is always an opportunity to learn more...and the more people I work with, the more I learn!

I have studied various modalities over the years, and have found value in all of them.  A few techniques I am well-versed in are:  swedish massage, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, functional integration, kinesiotaping, and instrument assisted soft-tissue mobilization (IASTM).  Although there are others, these are the techniques I find I use most often and get the best results with.   I also use dōTERRA essential oils in my practice and in my home life as well.  

I recently became certified as a clinical thermographer and have added DITI (digital infrared thermal imaging) to my available services. This service offers a non-invasive, no-touch screening to detect developing pathology. I prefer to keep things simple!  Sometimes we may not know what modality will work the best until we are halfway through!  I invest in my practice and quality continuing education, because I know YOU are investing in ME...and I take that seriously.
